How The Turning Tot was born?

When our co-founder Clemmie’s son Taz hit five months and mastered rolling over (that’s when the real fun began!), she searched everywhere for something that would save her sanity – only to realise nothing existed. And that’s how The Turning Tot was born.

The secret weapon is a hidden bamboo layer which keeps the mat rigid. Soft, secure straps and a tactile bodice keep even the most determined roly-poly pickle comfortably in place.

The Turning Tot will fit in most baby bags – you can fold or roll it up for easy transport.

Both! Thanks to its durable bamboo insert, sturdy materials and easy to fold/roll design, you can use The Turning Tot at home or as a travel changing mat.

Absolutely. Everything needs to be washable when they’re little, so the mat wipes clean easily. When it’s time for a more thorough wash, simply remove the bamboo insert and hand-wash with warm soapy water.

The mat is made from sturdy, durable materials that are comfy too. Here’s the breakdown:
