Returns

If you change your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your mat. We’ll happily refund the cost of your unused mat once the mat has been returned to us.

In the (highly unlikely) event your Turning Tot mat arrives with a fault, we’ll replace it or refund you, and will cover the postage cost of the return too.

  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for return

One of our friendly team will then be in touch to assist you. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note: we can only issue refunds for used mats if they are faulty.

Keeping your little one safe is our top priority.

We’ve designed The Turning Tot to be safe and secure. All fabrics are rigorously tested and completely free from harmful chemicals. But as with any changing product, there are some important safety guidelines to follow to keep your baby safe and comfortable:

Never leave your baby unattended


The Turning Tot is designed for floor use to prevent falls and keep your little one safe. If you do need to use it on a raised surface user does so at their own risk, never leave your baby unattended and always keep one hand on them at all times.

Check the fit is comfortable


The bodice should be snug but never tight, so always leave a hand’s width between the bodice and your baby’s chest to ensure comfortable breathing. If your little one shows any signs of discomfort, undo and remove them immediately.

Use it as intended

The Turning Tot is designed for nappy changes only, not for sleeping, playing, or any other purpose. When not in use, keep it stored away from babies and children as it’s not a toy.

Check before each use


Always use on a flat surface and check the mat for any signs of damage before use. If you spot any wear and tear, don’t use it.

Both! Thanks to its durable bamboo insert, sturdy materials and easy to fold/roll design, you can use The Turning Tot at home or as a travel changing mat.

Absolutely. Everything needs to be washable when they’re little, so the mat wipes clean easily. When it’s time for a more thorough wash, simply remove the bamboo insert and hand-wash with warm soapy water.
